Green smoothie
Smoothies are a great way to start the day or a handy snack/lunch on the go. They are a great way to pack as many nutrients in as possible and can taste delicious too. This is one of my favourites!
1 banana
handful of spinach
1tbsp almond butter
2.5cm chunk cucumber (chopped)
1 handful of blueberries
1/4 ripe avocado
250ml of water/ coconut water/plant milk
1tbsp of protein powder (optional)
Place all ingredients in your blender, blend for 20 seconds.
