Green smoothie

Smoothies are a great way to start the day or a handy snack/lunch on the go. They are a great way to pack as many nutrients in as possible and can taste delicious too. This is one of my favourites!

  • 1 banana

  • handful of spinach

  • 1tbsp almond butter

  • 2.5cm chunk cucumber (chopped)

  • 1 handful of blueberries

  • 1/4 ripe avocado

  • 250ml of water/ coconut water/plant milk

  • 1tbsp of protein powder (optional)

Place all ingredients in your blender, blend for 20 seconds.
