Hi, I’m Catriona Leen, a highly qualified & experienced Nutritional therapist.

I specialise in helping you to prepare for pregnancy, be it through natural conception or assisted reproduction such as IVF. The food we eat feeds all of our cells, and our reproductive cells need specific nutrients to work properly. Eggs and sperm are no different from heart or liver, or skin cells. In fact, they are probably the most important, carrying the precious DNA of your future child.

My passion lies in the critical importance of nutrition during the first 1,000 days of life. This begins during the pre-conception period and lasts until around 2 years of age. Correct nutrition during this period impacts the health of your baby during development all the way to adulthood. I cannot think of a better calling than to help people create healthy families and give their babies the very best start to life!
